Dick, Joan and Staff:
I just wanted to say "Thanks" for the wonderful job with Deb's wedding/anniversary ring. I came in three weeks before our 10th anniversary and wanted to add a band to her ring. I didn't know if you could match it up to her original ring, but Joan said she would take care of it. She explained everything very well and suggested an upgrade to the center diamond. I didn't think we'd get it back in time for our anniversary.
Well, three days before our anniversary, I got a call from Dick. The ring was complete and ready for pickup! WOW! Talk about great service! The ring is beautiful and Deb was so surprised and loves it!

We are so happy with our experiences at D.J. Bitzan! Over the past couple of years we have been in the store a number of times to purchase my engagement ring, my husband's wedding band, a watch and now we have just purchased my wedding band!
When we picked out my engagement ring, it did not come with a band.
However, about a year later, Patricia called me one day out of the blue and informed me that they were now making a band for my ring and they had one in the store if I was still interested! I couldn't believe that she thought about my band and remembered us! That is why we love you guys!
You work on such a personal level. My favorite item we purchased from D.J. Bitzan would have to be my necklace. My father passed away when I was 15. Shortly before my wedding, you made the diamonds from his wedding band into a beautiful necklace for me--I never take it off. I get so many compliments on it! Thank you again for that!
Patricia has been so awesome! She is very knowledgeable and friendly! So far I have referred my mother-in-law, my best friend and another family friend to D.J. Bitzan and they were all very happy with their service!
