On Monday, October 4th I walked in and was greeted by Kurt. I just came over from Crossroads Mall with concerns about my boyfriend's watch. I had a battery replaced at the mall and they couldn't get parts of the watch to work. I was so worried that it was ruined- especially since the place said I could have the battery for free and that the watch just needed to be reset. There was nothing wrong with the watch before that.
Kurt took a look at the watch and assured me that it wasn't ruined. He showed me a few things on the watch and then I was on my way. Kurt was so helpful and knowledgeable.
