When D.J. Bitzan Jewelers opened in 1966, Don Bitzan's mission was to provide his customers with beautiful diamonds and unparalleled customer service. Don's hard work and commitment led to success and growth. In 1973 his son Dick joined in the business and later became owner.

 

Today, D.J. Bitzan Jewelers begins a new chapter in a beautiful store located across the street from Crossroads Center and Scheels.  We continue to provide our customers with fine diamonds, Swiss Watches and expert repairs, custom design and outstanding service.  We look forward to exceeding your expectations.

After 43  years, D.J. Bitzan Jewelers moved out of the Crossroads Center after 43 years into a brand new, 3,700 square foot stand alone store.  We opened our doors of our new store on January 1, 2010 with a goal to make our service to you a memorable, fun experience.

We are located directly across the street from Crossroads Center on Waite Avenue--in fact, we can be seen directly across the street from Scheels and just north of Westside Liquor.

 

Our new store offers a huge showroom, a state-of-the-art onsite repair facility, ample parking and incredible hospitality to make your experience exceptional!

Most insurance companies require an updated appraisal when requesting coverage for your jewelry items.   Our expert Certified Gemologists  and Registered Jewelers perform jewelry appraisals free of charge for any item purchased at D.J. Bitzan Jewelers.

 

If your item was purchased elsewhere, we would be glad to appraise it for you.  Pricing is dependent on the item and volume discounts are given for multiple items.
